  • Flexibility to attend events, courses and try new things - we have an exceptionally strong learning culture

  • Regular team events so we can kick-back and spend some quality time together

  • Pension scheme and childcare vouchers.

  • Plus, you get to use an incredible data platform whenever you need to!

The Process

How we get to know each other

A poor fit is bad news for you and for us. So let’s be open, honest and rigorous throughout - it’s a big decision and we both need to make sure it’s the right decision. Here’s what to expect:

  • Let’s chat - An initial chat on the phone or a VC (15 minutes)

  • Let’s meet - Face to face discussions with multiple members of the team - some of which will get technical (60 minutes)

  • Let’s do some stuff - We’ll find something REAL for us to work on together and see how it goes (2-3 hours)

How we feel about equal opportunities

We love diversity and have seen it be a critical element in our success time and time again. That's why we're committed to hiring the best talent regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or status as an individual with a disability. Anyone that works with us will also need to have the same outlook.
